Interacting and Managing Service Deployments

Overview

For services to be made available to customers after deployment, they must be provisioned within the reseller hierarchy.

Reseller Service

Once the desired service has been deployed, it needs to be enabled and provisioned within the reseller service of the service provider. Here, customisations and service settings can be chosen.

Customer Level

Once the service has been provisioned through the reseller service, you should be able to view it under Customer Services for any customers with the reseller as a parent.

Customers > Customer Services

Here, the service can be provisioned to customers with further configuration options.

User Level

Once the service has been provisioned to the customer, the service becomes avaible to the users of that customer.

Users > 'User' > Services

Here, the service can be deployed to individual users with further configuration options.
